SBSMS – Begin Online Contracting

1. Click the button above
2. Login: If this is the first time you have used Surancebay, or if you have used it for a different company, you will need to select “New User” to create a new login.
3. Make sure your profile is completely up-to-date.
4. On the top right hover your mouse over “Appointment Requests”, then click “New Request”
5. Check mark the carrier you are requesting and click next.
6. When you are done, you can simply start at #4 for additional carriers.

Note: Once your information is up to date, the typical contract takes 2-5 minutes to complete and submit online.
