associates with Smedley Insurance Group, you’ll receive all of the

Mentoring Program
As a new broker with SIG, you will be given the option to enter
our aggressive mentoring program. Brokers who enter this program will be
on pace to start generating $2,000 per week in consistent commission
within 6 weeks of starting.

As a broker with SIG, you will be on pace to clear more than $100,000 in
year 1 as an average agent. This is nearly
unprecedented in most industries, especially for new talent. However,
SIG can make this happen for you!
100% Independent
As an SIG agent you are 100% vested from day one. You are not required
to assign your commission to anyone. If you choose to leave, you will be
granted a release right away.
Direct Contracts
All of your contracts through SIG will be direct with the carrier. You
will always remain the agent of record.
Top Commissions
Our commissions are among the highest in the industry. We have no
production requirements; however commission increases are available with
production.

We have multiple lead programs including free leads per sale, dollars
per sale and a program which will provide you with free leads. We have
relationships and discounts with every reputable vendor around. We’re
constantly working on new relationships with new vendors and acquiring
discounts for you.

Underwriting Support
We will monitor your business and handle your underwriting requirements
for you and/or notify you when you need to take action on a pending
case. We can help you issue your business quicker and easier meaning
that you sell more and get paid sooner!
